Appointment policies

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Could you please give us 2 working days to change or cancel an appointment? We can then give your appointment to an emergency patient. If you do not cancel in time, we charge £50 per 30 minutes of missed appointment.

Where we can, we'll be flexible to help you out with appointment times.
