What to expect at your first visit
We start by making sure you feel as comfortable, relaxed and refreshed as possible. And then you can talk to us about your health, your concerns and your dental dreams.
We will examine your mouth harnessing the very latest and very gentlest technology. With your permission, we will x-ray your teeth and use an intra-oral camera, the results of which are onscreen immediately.
We can also use our digital imaging technology which allows us to get a 3D view of your face and structure.
Once we have evaluated the health of your teeth and gums, we will discuss options, time scales and outcomes until we agree a personalised course of action. We will develop a bespoke treatment plan for you.
We will take you through cost and cost-payment options openly and honestly. And because we believe in utter transparency, our treatment plans are fully itemised.
We know your time is valuable, so we have attached our new patient medical questionnaire. If it’s more convenient for you, you can complete it in advance and bring with along with you.

Our wheelchair and pushchair policy
We are pushchair and wheelchair friendly.
We have a lift from the street level to the practice. Once inside, we are on a single level with no steps or ramps.
The external and internal doors are broad and our furniture has been arranged to allow easy passage for wheelchair users or pushchairs.
The arms of our chairs lift upwards and our dental units are moveable to allow easy access.
